Getting the hang of it
I downloaded the Hikvision app, yet everytime I attempt to use it I am given a "data time out" error. The Hik cam works fine with IE and fine with IP Cam Viewer. I have the correct IP and port set in ivms-4500 configs. I specifically wanted to use ivms-4500 since it (i think) will support the 2 way audio of the cam. Has anyone encountered this same issue? any suggestions/assistance are appreciated.
