Hi all,
Noob here looking for some quick help. I'm trying set up IVS rules for a PTZ-1A225U-IRA using the NACL plug in. All seems to be working correctly until I need to draw the Tripwire or Intrusion areas. Once I click on Draw Rules, a pop up shows in bottom of frame saying Please Draw, but it will not allow lines to be drawn. All of the tutorials and guides seem to show the Please Draw command on the actual picture frame. Firmware looks to be most current. I have tried all the basics...reloading..rebooting. Am I missing something that needs to be enabled to get the Draw function to work? Thanks for any input
