kids out too late at night

This was another crazy one. These kids looked like they had a rifle or a pump BB gun at first. They ended up dumping the rifle and jumping on a few cars before they left. We notified officers immediately, who ended up apprehending all three kids just outside of camera view. It turned out that the kids, two boys and a girl, stole a couple of BB guns from a near by Walmart and were walking around pointing them at cars and each other. Apparently, they didn't steal any ammo. After they were caught by the cops, we let the dispatcher know that they may have ditched a rifle under one of the cars, which you can see on the video. Officers ended up recovering several BB guns on the lot and charging the minors with quite a bit of damage, plus some charges from Wally World.

A few years ago there was a man in S Florida walking around with an air rifle and wearing headphones. He was shot by the police because he probably probably didn't hear any commands to drop it.
