I recently purchased three of the IPC-HFW1831EP in 2.8 and 6mm versions. Each has different firmware installed. I would like to know which is the Latest available AND which is the BEST.
A search found a thread from six months ago discussing the IPC-HFW1831E (no P) and that thread referenced problems with that update.
1. what is the very latest FW?
2. Does it have the through-put limitation discussed back in February?
3. How do I DOWNgrade if the later install is disappointing?
4. HOW ~exactly~ do I reset these cams? They do NOT have a memory card/reset button "Panel" that I can open. Where is the reset?
