Line (Zone) Crossing & Screengrabs

When set up on a Hikvsion system, Line Crossing sends an email with screengrabs during scheduled times the line is crossed. Can BlueIris do this?

In a word, yes.

You set up a motion sensor in Blue Iris for each camera with configurable zones and/or hot spots, sensitivity fine tuning, make / break time, etc. Once a motion sensor is triggered, you can decide what alert or alerts will be sent: audible, e-mail, SMS text, push notification to a mobile device app and more.

Of course, when triggered, you can also configure recording, uploading an image, etc.

Blue Iris is extremely configurable, flexible and THE best bargain in VMS software out there. That being said, it's best to have a PC that will allow Blue Iris to run at its best. You can read the Wiki about that here ==>> Choosing hardware for Blue Iris
