looking for a pc and a poe switch

Hello everyone

So Ive been told i could get a pc for around $300 for a i5-6500/i7-6700 optiplex or elitedesk used. But it seems its really hard to find, because they run for almost $700, any one has a webpage other besides craigslist or ebay?. I'm planning on running blue iris with 9 cameras

im also looking to purchase a new poe switch, any recommendations!

dell outlet sales...ebay...check every day...The i5-6500 will be about 300...I posted a link to one the other day..its was about 350 with a best offer option...the 6700 will be around 500...not hard at all.
