looking for firmware of PTZ IPC

hi, i have a PTZ IPC, i saw the firmware very old so i want to upgrade it, if someone know about it, pls give me firmware or website to download it, thanks

Ah, ok. some old (?) generic thing. and is it not working properly? or why do you feel it needs updated firmware?
Usually if they are working OK, it's best to just leave them alone, unless there's a specific issue you KNOW is addressed by
newer firmware...

i try to watch it on IE, but can't. It can add to NVR by Onvif, but can't control, if i know which company manufacturing it, i can contact them for firmware

sounds like you just need to find the right control protocol, not necessarily new firmware on the cam...
