Lorex App Can't Connect though I Can See IP Info On Menu Screen

Appreciate any help. I don't know a lot about these things. I tried, restarting NVR, restarting modem/router, switching which one I restarted. I closed app and reopened. I don't have a clue. I know it connected because I can see IP info under the menu option.
