Lorex LHV-210800 fan died, replacement options ?

I have a need to replace a dead fan and not sure where to get one at. Lorex seems to stop short of easily showing how to do this.

Is that a CPU cooler? Cut it off and thermal compound a new one on there.

Was you able to fix it? I have the same problem, same model. I hope you can share the part number and where you got a replacement fan.

I was able to find one on Amazon for a decent price. I will be installing it in the unit this Friday, but this appears to be the correct one for anyone who stumbles upon this thread in the wild interwebs. If that one is no longer available, here is the search criteria I used to find it.
