Low FPS on liveview @ webserver

Hi, when watching liveview on webserver (viewing all cameras) it is limited to 4-6 fps. The limit in blueiris settings under cameras tab are set to 30 fps on liveview.
Only when i fullscreen a camera it goes to 15fps that the cameras are set to.

Any idea? or is it supposed to be like this.

Nevermind, i have found it in webcasting settings.
