LTS CMIP7923LPR-20 Help

I need help with this model i cant get it work properly with Hikvision NVR DS-7716NI-E4 . when i try to enable vehicle detection get error The camera does not support the function also try VCA and get No VCA device available. I look around LTS CMIP7923LPR-20 web menu but i cant find any place related to vehicle detection to enable it .
