Hello, can this be used on 2CD-2135F camera, which is apparently G1 platform (based on firmware release notes which I read)? Which camera did you use?

I think you are not considering the correct model number.
According to http://www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/portal/Product Firmware/Front-ends/01--IPC/G1 platform (DS-2CD2XX5)/2XX5(non-Fisheye)/V5.4.5 170124/G1 V5.4.5 170124 Release Note--External.pdf DS-2CD2135FWD-I(S) is a G1 camera.
My DS-2CD2135F-IS unit clearly indicate they are G0's.

so unless you have a FWD at the end before the -IS I think you are in a similar boat to many of us here. Hoping something similar can be developed for the G0's. But as I understand they RSA key signing is the challenge.

That's certainly confusing for what just appears to be a FWD suffix to the model number.

Just to add to the picture, or maybe confuse futher, here is some similar info from a DS-2CD3335D - various references to G0 :
Code:
alastair@PC-I5 ~ $ ssh admin@192.168.1.100
