Mini system level bricked hikvision ds-2cd2232-i5

Hi.

I did stupid thing and tried to update my ipc:s firmware and after it bricked i started to google things and i believe i installed english firmware to chinese cam...
Stupid thing, i know.
Could somebody help me?
Web ui is not working, stpd is not finding the camera.
Tfpd works "fine" i even succesfully installed couple of firmwares to it but the web ui wont work.
Ive tried two "this chinese firmware will fix your cam" from other posts but no luck

It has lots of chinese text on it and" 581496460, ROSINS v5.3.0 _ 150513 09 , Q/bfw 006-2015

Thanks for the hint... ive already been reading it and tried to flash many different firmwares... well i guess i try to write there about my problem
