I suspect this is a bug with the Note 9s update and not BI's, but I'll throw it out there and see if anyone has any ideas.
After a recent phone update, I noticed the alert notification audio sounds have dropped significantly in volume. All settings are turned to max, yet I can barely hear an alert if my phone is in my pocket. Anyone have an idea to correct this? Thanks!
