I am using iDMSS on my iPhone/iPad to view my system and I was wondering what my (or anyone else's) kb/s should be. Right now for me, when I am viewing from home on wifi it ranges from 130-160 kb/s. I also get these numbers when viewing away from home on VPN however the numbers aren't as consistent. Some days they are lower.

What do you guys view at? What kind of settings should I be going for? Are these too high for mobile viewing?

Still experiencing some choppy live preview when viewing the cameras away from home. Here are my settings for the Sub Stream (found unders settings > Camera > Encode)

1 camera has compression (H.264) --- the other 2 have H.264H
Resolution: 704x576(D1)
FPS: 25
Bit Rate Type: CBR
KB/s: 1024

Cameras view fine when I'm connected at home to my wifi.

For home view (NVR to the TV) I have the following.

Code-Stream Type Continous
Compression: H.264 ... (2 other cams are H.264.H)
Resolution: 1920x1080
FPS: 25
Bit Rate Type: CBR
KB/s: 4096

What do you think the solution is?
