Best solution is to take it down. Bring it inside, take it apart, the outer casing off, and let it warm up in a nice sunny spot on a day with low humidity. Put a few silica packs inside and re-assemble making sure everything is properly seated and water tight.

I have had water get into my dahua bullet of similar design, several times actually. I ended up moving it to a slightly more sheltered location.

If a lot of water gets in, you should open the SD card door at the bottom to let some drain out before you take the camera down. But to open it up and dry it out completely, there is an opaque black mask on the front that hides 4 screws.

Peel that off carefully so you can put it back on when you're done. With the screws removed, you can pull the face plate off and access the camera's internals where you will likely find a large silica gel packet among the circuit boards. It would be best to dry out that packet in the oven or replace that packet with fresh, dry ones. The face plate is connected by some wires so do be gentle when taking off the front.

Thank you so much @bp2008 that is the exact information I was looking for on how to go about opening and finding/locating the silica pack.. I will have to take it apart like you said Possibly will try this one of these days to find out whats going on .. It has not been raining seems like it is just condensation ..

Once Again Thank you @bp2008 Your Tip was helpful. I took down the camera today.. Maybe it will help someone in the future.. Here is so far what I did..

Once The Front plate is off Remove 4 Screws

Note: - Extremely Careful once the screw is removed there is a wire Behind this... So do not pull or anything..

Once The Wire Was removed.. I could see the Silica Packs on the side...

Dry The silica bags and clean the lens with a clean microfiber glasses cloth.

I did not have a small extra silica bag otherwise I might will in future use another silica bag on the top..

After Drying and cleaning the camera... Put it bag together gently and close and tight the screws.. and make sure everything was seating well and sealed...

Also did use a hair dryer from a distance to get it dry on a low setting.

Here is a before and after picture from the camera...
