Hi guys,

just getting set to pull the trigger on my camera purchase and trying to get it right the first time, hopefully:p

Im purchasing a four camera system and I know forsure that two of them need to be 2MP starlight's as those areas are very dark at night.

the other two camera locations will have a decent amount of light from LED street lights. i'm not sure if going with higher resolution cameras in those locations may be the better way to go?

what is the most recommenced bang for the buck available from Andy high resolution dahue?

Thanks:)

Why Dahua only? That said, I think the Dahua 1831 is a good value.
the new IPCT (Hik rebrands, also thru Empire Tech Andy apparently) also do VERY well in low-light, at least from my (short) time playing with one.
but with the 1/2" sensor, you need to go up one in lens. ie, the 4mm IPCT darkfighter is more like 2.8mm with more pedestrian 1/3" sensor...
