Hi guys I have the following issue, I dont recall it happening in the first years of install.
3MP Dome, 2132F-IS ccch v5.2.5 , internal SD
Naturally I dont want to upgrade, I was wondering if the Sandisk is a bit faulty as its an internal SD but the fact I can pull it and play via iVMS no problem would seem to imply its okay.
- I see the pink event on the search playback, searching for that date, logging into the camera via internet explorer
- But it wont play & says "fails playback" even though I see the pink marker. Some other markers play ok.
-ivms will search find the event and play it so the file is there, and available.
- playback fails on two different computers internet explorer
-If go to download, via the login web browser to the camera it will show the event for the correct time & i can download the event to the computer via Web components/ Web browser interface. I can then play the video and so it was always there from the begining.
Hikvision have great functionality if the dam stuff would not have errors and bugs.
Any ideas ? cheers
