Hi guys, I'm new to the security system process and I would to get some help on a strange anomaly with the motion detection.
I have DHI-NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2 with a couple of DH-IPC-HDW2531TP-ZS-S2 and a HDBW2431E-S-S2.
I have setup the MD and the anomaly only occurs with the HDBW2431E-S-S2. The MD triggers and the buzzer chimes to indicate an event, this is the strange part, the trigger passes from the camera field of view but the MD/buzzer keeps on chiming as if it is within proximity. The buzzer chimes about 4 times over a 30 sec period. This would be ok if it only did that but the implication is that I get a gap 30 sec of non recording. Have I configured something incorrectly or could this be a hardware or software issue?
I have attached a image of the MD timeline events and gaps. A good portion of the yellow doesn't actually show anything, its just skips and moves to the normal recording. TIA
