I need two cameras for indoors and struggling to find it.
One camera is for my family room/kitchen and another in the garage, mounted about 15ft and 10ft high.
I wanted something over 1080p, PTZ, night vision or starlight, zoom, and something as stealth as possible.
Was looking at a SD1A203T-GN but is only 1080p and doesn’t have IR. Could probably settle for 1080p if I can’t find anything better, don’t need 4k. Don’t even have a monitor for that..

Also, what is the HDW5231R-ZE equivalent without the motorized lens?

The SD1A203T-GN does have IR. There are similar models without IR. Its a great low light camera.

Thanks, I just doubled the stats. Any recommendation on something better?
Would you also know the HDW5231R-ZE equivalent without the motorized lens?

There is a 4231 that is very close.
If you want a fixed lens look at the new 4mp starlights.

I asked Andy he just mentioned the IPC-HDW4231EM-AS also.
The new 4mp around PTZ though. I just received a IPC-T5442TM-AS that I've been playing with.
I think they are awesome! But they don't seem to be receiving too much hype in looney2ns review.

If you have one you can test it yourself. I like them. The will be more than enough for indoor use as the IR.
If you must have ptz, which is usually a waste of money go with the 203.

Are people using the IPC-T5442TM-AS, 4231s, and 5231s for indoor? They are great cameras for the exterior but I'm not really sure what is recommended for indoors.
IPC-HDBW4231F-AS ?

any of them will work indoors...you dont need a special indoor camera.
