Need help for IP Camera Recommendations

So I have a new project that has to deal with security. I need the following criteria to meet the requirements listed below:

It can be an all-in-one package as well if so..

This will be indoors

Amount I'm working with is $2,000 to $2,500

> 4 Cameras
> PoE Compliant
> Infrared
> Motion Sensor
> Audio/Video
> 2+ TB
> Remote (Mobile is a plus)
> No Cloud
> 720p or better
> Review Recordings ( I can go back and pull the last 30days)
> Export to windows compatible format
> Trial or a good return policy if it does not meet my needs

Requirements to budget - no problem. You will find hardware that far exceeds what you need.

Return Policy - You will struggle with this, professional hardware like this isn't like buying a shitty box system at Best Buy that when you don't like it you take it back.

Spend 10 min. looking around the forum. You will find the answers you desire. People post requests like this daily but invest zero time into simply looking around the forum. Most active users here really get tired of answering the EXACT same question again, and again, and again which is why no one has responded to this thread I'm sure.

You also don't talk about where these are being installed which is kinda important...

Go look up Dahua Starlight to get started, also look up HIKVision 2mp or 4mp
