need help

I have a dahua IPC-HFW4300S-V2 that has been running fine for two months, now I have no picture the IP address is the same as before. I use Blue Iris and it shows the camera when I inspect on the config page but now I have a black screen with IPC in the lower left corner and the time and date running on the screen at the bottom right like it always has when I start the camera, any help is appreciated thanks I reinstalled it in Blue Iris and I also reset the camera itself

Can you see the stream when you log into the cameras web interface?

So its definitely the camera...Did you do a hard factory reset of the camera? try using a premade cable to the switch and if you are powering via poe try a different port on the switch..

Thanks I brought it inside and did a hard reset and it now works thanks again
