Need some advice on a computer

Hi folks. I am going to be setting up a ip camera network that will have 30 cameras in total. 24 Model SD6AL830V-HNI (Dahua 12MP Laser PTZ) and 6 IPC-HFW4830E-S (Dahua 8MP Bullet Cams). The network will be spread between three different remote locations. Location 1 will have 12 PTZ on site, location 2 will have 10 PTZs and 2 Bullet Cams, and location 3 will have 2 PTZs and 4 Bullet Cams. Each of the locations has a guard house that will have a computer a monitor and a NVR and I will set them up with smartPss and give them access to all 30 cameras that will show all locations combined. My question is what type of computer specs should I get for the guard houses to make sure everything runs smoothly. What type of processor, hard drive (ssd or reg sata) video card, ram would appreciate the advice. Also I am planning on using the NVR model NVR5216-4KS2.
