Hi

I am seeing an entry in BI logs repeatedly with red cross (x) next to it.

2 10/10/2020 12:40:31 PM.390 Clips \\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: 549, 1.80T/4.00T (-9.73G)
I want to figure out what the (-9.73G) is? I am seeing that at many places. Also 549?

It's a mounted share disk (IP address masked) with 4TB capacity. and i can see 1.80TB used of 4TB but can't figure out what it is reporting -9.73GB for at couple of places and this figure changes

1 10/10/2020 10:05:13 AM Action Alert sound error: -2147220906
Also get this Alert Sound Error always. Could be because I am accessing the BI server via RDP?

sounds like you over- allocated the drive by a lot. You have allocated too much space under clips and archiving and need to adjust those down to about 80-85% capacity of your drive.

Yes, RDP is the reason. Kind of pissy of Win 10 if you ask me. All you have to do to reset it is to sit at the BI PC and log in. That resets the sound focus. Does anyone know how to set something so that this does not happen with RDP?
