Network settings on King Do Way (Amazon cheapies)?

I splurged (/sarcasm) and picked up a pair of these cheapie wifi cams for keeping an eye on the dog. It appears that I can only config (limited) and watch via mobile devices. I've read here and there about cams that are strictly cloud-based. Is this one of those? Because I'll be damned if I can't configure any of the network settings, other than which WiFi network to attach to. No setting static IP, no port info; hell, I can't even log into the camera via PC.

yup... sometimes the best way to learn is to actually buy something and start playing with it.

I've got a few cameras which now are collecting dust also.
