Hello I came across this forum and I am amazed at the level of expertise here. I will admit I really struggle at anything computer related but I am determined to set up a quality camera system for my house. I work for the railroad and often spend upwards of 40 hours in a stretch away from home. Most of the time is inside a locomotive that has cameras watching everything I do, and one recording the rail in front of us. So I guess I will read the Cliff notes and start there.
