Greetings from El Paso, TX.
Joined because I am having issue with a hikvision ds2de7186ae that is very slow to respond when accessed through DVR. It is a ds-7208hghish. When connecting to the camera using a web browser the camera works just fine. I suspect it is a setting with the bitrate or fps, but I will not make a change until I have good direction or insight.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
