New system setup problems

Have a new 8 channel poe plug and play 4knvr and 8mp starlight cameras. Have followed wizzard set up but get no cameras. I am far from being tech savy but think everything is hooked up right. Would appreciate any helpful advice.

If it is Dahua, then factory reset and follow this:
