No audio when Playback

Hello,

I have internal Amcrest camera connected to my HikVision NVR.

Everything works as it should except audio when playing back from a broswer/PC.

Audio works fine when playing back on my iPhone using iVMS-4500.

What could be the problem?

It looks like audio is recorded correctly. PC audio works fine with everything else, I use VLC PLayer.

Apologies for the dumb question - did you enable audio by clicking the speaker icon at the bottom right of the Playback page in the web GUI?

I have downloaded the clips to my PC from the NVR and tried to play them using the VLC player.

I haven't actually tried playing it from the web browser - will try today.

Sorry, I thought it was via the browser that you were seeing thr problem with audio.

I have tested it yesterday and everything seems to be working just fine.

I guess it must have been a problem with my PC...
