No Event Notifications?

Hi all,

I just added another HikVision camera to my current set so I now have three of them. All are connected to HikVision NVR. I set the new camera notifications identical to the other two, yet I do not get any notifications from this particular camera. It is the same model as the other two. It's recording intrusion and line-crossing events but yet there's no notifications. Don't understand why. Any thoughts appreciated!

Email notifications? From the camera, or the NVR?
Not a lot to go on in terms of settings to check.

Excuse me, I meant push notifications from the NVR to my Phone. I get them from 2 of the cameras I initially installed, but not the 3rd one I just installed recently.

Well that's strange...now it's working for no apparent reason <shrug>.
