One of my Hik 2332's does not have the option for 3MP under the video settings. It only has 1280x720 or 1920x1080. All my other 2332's have 2048x1536. I did not make any firmware changes since purchase a few years ago. Any ideas?

Check what max resolution is selected in the camera web GUI under Configuration | Image | Display settings | Video Adjustment | Capture mode.
