No Signal from Hikvision

Hi

So, I've got a new Hikvision DS-2CD2142FWD-I and I'm trying to add it to BI. I've tried all the Hikvision options in the list + the generic camera options but the only thing I ever get is 'No Signal'. The only way I can get anything to display is if I tick the 'Decoder Compatability Mode' - but then all I get is a blocky green image with a tiny bit of the real image at the top.

I've got 3 other Foscam cameras installed and they work fine so I think the general setup is ok.

I can view the rtsp stream no problem in VLC (using: rtsp://user:password@ipaddress:554/Streaming/Channels/101?transportmode=unicast&profile=Profile_1) so the camera seems ok.

The camera is using the latest 5.5.0 firmware and I've re-enabled onvif. The output from the 'Detect' option in BI is:
