We have two NTH-NVR16POE with 22 cameras spread across them. One NTH-IP4D recently stopped showing up when I connect iVMS 4200 to the appropriate NVR a week ago. I get the error code 91 failed to get stream, start reconnection. I added this camera to the other NVR and get the same error on live playback. The NVRs are recording this camera, I can ping the camera, I can login directly to the web interface of the camera. Oddly enough, if I add the camera directly to iVMS as a device, live playback works fine on my Mac, on Windows, and on an iPad. I also rebooted the camera, both NVRs, and the iVMS clients.
Based on some Googling, I moved the camera from the Cisco PoE switch to a dedicated injector with no change.
The only issue is when I try live playback connecting to either NVR. I've worked around this by adding the camera as a device to our reception display TV, but just don't know what else to try at this time.
