I had professionals here today to install security cameras. They couldn't install any on the outside due to the extreme amount of foam insulation on the ceiling of the attic and where the walls meet the attic floor. Also there seems to be concrete block there so even if we ripped the foam away they couldn't drill a hole to run the wires. Wireless cameras aren't an option due to lack of wifi signals in my area. They are professionals from a high end company that installs for multi billion dollar businesses. They couldn't figure it out and after 8 hours said there's no way for outside cameras. Any one run into this and found a successful solution?

I would get a second opinion perhaps from a electrician. There is always a way, and You can drill through block.
