now I am confused about DS-2CD2035-I

Does they sell this model outside the china? I just got one with sn WR not CH. Can I convert the WR version to run chinese version firmware?

finally, I upgrade this camera to 5.4.41. It is CH in the serial number now. yeah! The version of 5.4.52 has a bug I can't recording.
