NVR HDD Error...

Hello guys,
My NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2 with Purple HDD 4TB, has error HDD and I cannot format him.
Any ideas ??

I had this happen to me on one of my old NVRs and believe it or not taking off the cover, unplugging a hard drive then plugging it back in fixed it.
