I see you're new to posting here so I wanted to welcome you. I'm not certain about the Hik NVR, hopefully someone with more knowledge on that will be able to share the information with you.

It's easy to get swamped with information here, so I wanted to share some notes with you

Step by step
Find and connect to TTL jack at your NVR MB wvia TTL2USB (TTL2RS232) adapter and you'll see alive boot or not.
If not boot with log you need make dump from your flash chip ...

If you did everything correctly and there is nothing in the console, then you need to get out the flash module, take the dump on the programmer.

Next it will need a loader from same model + make a data area with your serial number, macaddr, etc. and write down the information on the programmer.

After from work bootloader recover via TFTP yor NVR
