Nvr push notifications to DMSS app

I have no problem getting push notifications to the dmss app under admin account.. however when I log into the app under a different user account I'm unable to register the push notifications settings, I get a failed message when I try try.
So is there away for users to get push notifications also?

Yes, there is but it has been nearly three years since I did it for me and my wife so can't remember how right now. If I can recall I'll post here. In the meantime I can only recommend internet searches (and Youtube) because that is probably how I determined how to do it. Sorry.
