Hey Guys,

This firmware Suits for these models, EPOE NVR will be released when we back. Please DON'T update if your NVR not on the list, or else NVR will die. Some guys use no logo device for projects, so i upload only no logo one here, but they work the same as the no logo one. I will get the logo one when i get it.

Ist the missing timer profil switching function back? It's very bad without on all 4x and 5x -4kse ones... Therefore all cams sticks in night or in daytime profile.

What firmware on the NVR are you running? This version (3.210.0003.0, Build Date: 2017-04-18) supplied by Andy resolved my issues with the reboots. If you are running this, and now you get reboots randomly, then something is broken in the new camera firmware. Past reboots were primarily caused by tripwire/intrusion zone triggers. Hopefully, that has not reappeared.

Bottom line is, I'm not installing the new firmware until I know it's OK.

I am using 3.215.0000.3 2017-12-11 , it is rebooting after a IVS event. Not every time, it has been 2 a day when different cams set off IVS, 4 mins after each time.
Different IVS triggers had no rebooting effect.
I don't know if this is the cause or coincidence, but it wasn't rebooting prior to update.

I also had issues when downloading the webservice plugin.
It changed the resolution to VGA got hung up a few times and would not install until I put the res at VGA and downloaded the plugin again.
I then was able to change it back and had no other issues with the plugin. It hung up on the display.dll

So I would say there is a few issues with this firmware..

I would report this to Andy. He's been great at communication with Dahua about issues caused by new firmware rollouts. Just to be clear, this only started after you updated the camera firmware that Andy made available. Correct?

I have talked to @EMPIRETECANDY and made him aware, and it started only after I updated the NVR firmware posted above.

Did you upgrade only? You should try a factory reset, with a little bit of o do you can import you previously backuped settings. Otherwise you need to set it up again. It's not the first upgrade where the settings are brocken.
Can you have a look if there is a profile scheduler back?

I'm interested in hearing about the availability and change log of the logo'd DH-5XXX-4KS2 version of this latest firmware as well. Maybe we'll see reviews from more folks on the non-logo version by then to see if any gotchas arise from their testing.

In this FW, seems like they fixed some http api glitches.

One in particular: in previous versions you could disable an IVS rule but not ENABLE it via VideoAnalyseRule. This has been corrected.

I reported this to @EMPIRETECANDY and looks like he passed it along and they listened. thanks andy!

Hi all - first post noob.

I'm in the process of setting up a NVR5216-16P-4KS2, but have hit a snag. I was finding it difficult to get IVS working on my new SD-50230U-HNI cameras (although in hindsight I think I had missed the Schedule tab and only set up the Event IVS page), so I updated the firmware from 3.210 to 3.215.000000.1. After doing this, whenever I click on Events -> IVS on Web Service, the camera preview gets the crossed out camera icon and all of my cameras have been deselected. At that point, I can no longer re-enable any cameras until I close / restart Web Service. I just upgraded to the 3.215.000000.3 firmware from this thread, and it appeared to fix the problem as I was able to see my cameras on the Events IVS setup page, along with a few rules I had set up previously, however this didn't last. Now I'm getting the same problem as before where my cameras are disabled until I close / restart Web Service.

Has anyone else seen this? Any suggestions?

Update on this - I've managed to get the IVS setup page to load without deselecting the cameras by using IE instead of Web Service. Not ideal, but better than nothing. I'm still unable to get IVS to work though, even though my cameras are HNI. I have set up the schedule to record all the time, both in the Event -> IVS settings and the Storage -> Schedule pages. Is there anything else I'm missing? All the Youtube videos seem to have outdated GUI....
