What would cause BI to continually try to hit http (port 80) on a cam?

As shown in the capture below, at about 1 second intervals my BI server (dell5040) continually attempts connection to port 80 on 192.168.2.24 (Annke cube cam) from sequential local ports, stepping up to the next higher port as it goes. Seems that this will run forever.

I'm sure that some process associated BI is what is initiating the connection. If I disable the cam in BI (leaving everything up and running otherwise), then the attempts stop. Re-enable and they restart. This is the only cam showing such behavior (including another Annke cube which I'm pretty sure that I just cloned from the subject cam and is set up identically). I see nothing in the cam properties within BI that points to port 80. No traffic is passed, just attempted connections. Port 80 is open on the cam and I can access the setup via browser.

Any ideas?
