pink camera from DragonEye Security Camera Ltd's store aliexpress

I got three DS-2CD2032F-I from DragonEye Security Camera Ltd's store.
One of them show pink, it seems something wrong with stuck ir filter. I sent email to ask help.

answer from them:


Hello,
Please re-connect the camera with power and cable.
Also please make sure the adapter is over 2A


Does this make sense? I am running poe and do not have the power adaptor. Can I fix this by myself? I really do not want to open it.

Its defective send it back...you may be a be able to unstick the filter by hitting the camera or using a strong magnet, but its not worth dealing with it.

Get a magnet and move it around the lens area of the camera this should free up the ir switch.
