please help dvr stuck on boot logo

My hikvison dvr ds-7208hfi-st/sn is stuck on boot logo and wont boot. please someone that has this problems solution or knows something how to repair it write back

my dvr stuck at boot logo and also unable to communicate with lan cable...

lan led blue color is in solid state , its not blinking
