Poor night light

Hello I have some bad lighting around my house is there a way to improve these images and my video quality of my cameras I cant seem to get them to catch anything thing recognizable at night im still learning so hope I have just got the wrong settings some where.

What you see is a motion blur caused by exposure time being too high. Set it to at least to 1/30 (gain 100%) If the image is too dark, you will need more light (maybe external IR illuminator)

Thought as much thanks for confirming this guess i will need some extra light then :(

You should increase the quality setting as well. Image quality on Hiks is a struggle in low light anyway, so you should always go for the best image quality when using VBR.
