I installed Bit Defender Box 2 on my network, and now have a Comcast modem/router in bridge mode, then the Bit Defender Box 2, and my TP link personal router now in bridge mode. Does anyone know how to port forward through the Comcast modem, and bit defender box? I had port 81 and 80 open on my router before I switched it to bridge mode. It was fine and dandy from connecting away from home (on a cellular network to the Blue Iris machine). Now, I cant connect using the Blue Iris app to Blue Iris only outside my WiFi network. Inside the network, I can still connect using the app.
Does anyone know what I need to do to port forward through Bitdefender Box 2? I opened ports 80 and 81 in Bitdefender box already on the Blue Iris machine. Is there a step I am missing?
