Hi I am trying to get BI to view on my iPhone via 4G
I have BI on my PC and i have BI installed on my mobile phone via Smartthings (not the BI App)

I can see the camera on my phone if it is connected through my home wifi but the minute i go to 4G i can't see anything,

I assume its to do with port forwarding and my Firewall but to be honest i was never that good at PF,

I have a sky Q router,

The camera i have connected is an Eye-4mp-fw, i can get into the software but not sure what to change,

Also if there is a better app (free) to use i would be happy to use that also,
I have iCamView but my camera isn't in the (Vendor or Model)

Any help appreciated

Probably best to avoid port forwarding and to use a vpn. Unless you have a static ip it will cause you problems too.

With Dahua DMSS is pretty good also tinycam though ive never used it. Why not just use the Blue Iris mobile app?

Its says the port is open,
WAN ? not a clue
The "WAN" settings in the Blue Iris mobile app, I misread and thought you said you are using it. What are you using locally to view the cameras on your phone?

If you forwarded the BI port then just use IP : PORT (no spaces) in a web browser.

I also recommend you use the BI app on your mobile device and read some topics in the wiki

So the issue is that you can't view your cameras through the SmartThings app? I would use UI3 or the BI app over the SmartThings app for viewing.

I can see BI through Smartthings but only on my wifi at home,
If i disconnect the wifi and use 4g i don't see the camera image,

I don't really want to spend £10 if i can't get it to work on a free app,
Once i have it working then yes i will

The free app has no affiliation with Blue Iris so will have a fraction of the features the official app which is made by the developer has. There is really no alternative, it's well worth the money.

In the meantime check this out, maybe it will help you - [RELEASE] BI Fusion v3.0 - Adds: Blue Iris Device Type Handler, Blue Iris Camera DTH, Motion Sensing

I am just trying to get my IP camera to work with a free IP camera software, think the issue is port forwarding or my firewall,
