Problem capturing photo image.

Newbi so please be kind.
I have a NVR 9608Ni which runs 5 cams. In playback mode I attempt to capture an image. I receive a "capture succedded" message which points to a C:\\users\xxx\web folder. When I check the C: drive there is no such folder "web" in that path.
Any suggestions? Where are my captured images going?

Into a Windows 'Virtualised sand-boxed folder' as IE isn't trusted enough to place in the configured location. It's a hidden folder under temporary internet files, not easy to find.
You can demonstrate this if you run IE 'As Administrator' where you will see the file as expected.
Try also setting the NVR IP address as a 'Trusted Site' in IE, that can be enough to allow expected operation, depending on your security configuration.

Thanks guys. I was able to set the NVR as a trusted site in IE, which then displayed the folders.
