We have problem with setup ITC231-RF1A-IR, and shooting the car plate. We replace in metal pillar the old model ITC237, with which we have no problems.
There is not much information about the model ITC231-RF1A-IR, when initializing and doing to login in camera i was impressed by several things:
1. Оn the home page no have Guide menu
2. Version Algorithm is strange
Does anyone have any idea if this is weird or normal ?
