Problem with the Zilink Speed Dome Wi-fi Outdoor PTZ Camera

I have a Zilink Speed Dome Wi-Fi Outdoor PTZ Camera(2.8-12mm autofocus IP66, Onvif H.264 HD 960P. My problem: the camcorder -programm does not always find the camera , or the camera is disconnected from the WAN- mains and Is also the same in Wi-Fi mode ( LAN - Network)This phenomenon occurs randomly when it is switched on the kCamera.
