I've got a DH-SD6CE445XA-HNR running 2020-11-23 firmware (V2.810.0000017.0.R.P9.4512.UN.NR) that I bought from Andy and, while I don't normally use it, for my particular application have started using SMD, which is unreliable (to say the least) in my current firmware. There's a newer version of firmware for this cam on Dahua's website (Prometheus_MultiLang_NP_Stream3_V2.812.0000005.4.R.210902.bin) and I'm wondering if anyone has used it. I've read about new PTZ firmware removing autotracking and am just wanting to make sure this version doesn't do that. Any info appreciated.

Since you purchased from @EMPIRETECANDY I would go by what he says.

I believe it is the same firmware as the 49225 that deletes autotrack from it, but I am not sure if that is a coding specific to that camera or if any camera that runs that firmware would lose it.

Yes, just use the one on dahua website, that is the latest new version and has some good improvement on the autotracking functions.
