PTZ issues M7-PTZDWS-18X and a M7-HSDDNWS-26X

The PTZ works when I log into the camera via a browser.

I have one M7 PTZDWS 18X and one M7-HSDDNWS-26X

My dad upgraded so he sent them to me. He can't remember the settings but he had them working with blue iris.

Anyone know how?

when you add the camera in BI where it has make go down to MICROSEVEN

Not it... Tried all the BI drop downs and it has no effect on PTZ. The PTZ protocol is a separate setting.. I've been randomly trying all those options.

did you also enable it on the ptz/control tab?
also try the find/inspect

Yes. You have to enable before it will let you select PTZ drop downs. I also tried the find/inspect... I have no issues with getting a good video feed. Just the PTZ not working.

if none of those are working you might need to email ken and give him temp access to add it to the ptz profile

If onvif does not work..make sure that the username you are using to log into the camera via BI has ptz permissions...otherwise you will have to email support.

Yes it has PTZ permissions... Its the same username and PW as default M7 and PTZ works within the m7 web app.
